GENPACT IMPACT - FEEDING HUNGRY CHILDREN IN THE UK
End Date: 31 Mar, 2024
The cost of living crisis in the UK has forced low income families to choose between eating and heating. With winter fast approaching, children in food poverty will be hit the hardest. Team Genpact is raising funds to support The Akshaya Patra Foundation (TAPF) UK's food programme in the UK, which serves hot and nourishing meals to children in London and Greater London.
£2500 CAN HELP COOK UP TO 2,000 HOT MEALS FOR CHILDREN IN THE UK
We are so thrilled to share that atleast 10 of our colleagues at Genpact are taking up the JP Morgan Challenge in July 2023 to raise funds to offer warm, safe, vegetarian meals to children who might otherwise sleep hungry. Please support their challenge and fundraiser.

TAPF UK runs the world's largest mid-day meal programme. The charity operates out of a state-of-the-art kitchen space in North London which has the capacity to cook up to 8000 meals a day. The charity (registration number 1115576) believes in not just feeding a child, but also nourishing a child. The meals are preservative-free, less processed, vegetarian and balanced with fortified nutrients and protein. The charity's summer feeding programme this year is aiming to feed over 100,000 meals during the summer holidays across London boroughs. Watch the video of their latest feeding programme.
