Miles and Meals
All proceeds from Tanvi and Vir’s latest book, Kitchen Chemistry, will go to The Akshaya Patra Foundation, which feeds over 2.25 million children in India and supports disadvantaged children at schools in the UK.
To raise awareness, Tanvi, Vir, and Mira are taking on the Liechtenstein Trail Challenge, a 4-day trek across Austria, Liechtenstein, and Switzerland. The idea is to throw the spotlight on the power of nutrition in ending hunger.

Kitchen Chemistry is a first-of-its-kind vegan/vegetarian cookbook created by mother-son duo Tanvi and Vir, combining clean, macro-balanced meals with a mission: to fight child hunger.
Tanvi Bole Shah founded The Millennial Kitchen, a clean-eating platform grounded in macro-balanced, sustainable foods. She is deeply inspired by the impact of The Akshaya Patra Foundation, she is dedicated to using food as a vehicle for nourishment, dignity, and social good.
Vir Shah is an aspiring medical student pursuing a B.Sc. in Biochemistry in Florida, where he served as a Resident Assistant and academic tutor. He believes that the first clinic for medicine begins in our very own kitchens. Consequently, he is co-authoring a book with his mother titled Kitchen Chemistry.
