FUNDRAISER

AKSHAYA PATRA AMBASSADOR
Represent us and tell our story in your local community – giving talks, distributing information, organising events, and leading or participating in a local chapter.
CHAPTER CHAIR
Play a founding role in establishing a new local chapter for Akshaya Patra in the UK (or elsewhere in Europe) and lead the chapter’s volunteer management committee.
WATFORD KITCHEN VOLUNTEER
Get involved in the preparation, packing and delivery of our nutritious meals at Akshaya Patra’s Watford kitchen, located to the north-west of central London.
STAFF SUPPORT VOLUNTEER
Lend your professional expertise to our small staff team, whether in Communications, Fundraising, Finance, HR, IT, Operations, or another relevant discipline.
CREATE OR JOIN A LOCAL CHAPTER
Akshaya Patra chapters are made up of kind-hearted people based in a specific location who share our vision and want to help us expand our network, raise more funds, and serve more children. Each local chapter has its own volunteer management committee, which acts as an extension of the central Akshaya Patra UK and Europe staff leadership team.
Our chapters take control of championing our mission in their local or regional areas, by organising events, giving talks, recruiting volunteers, making connections, and finding new ways to grow our awareness-raising efforts.
